Program Overview

This 8-week boutique fitness program is designed specifically for active adults aged 55+, combining physiotherapy expertise with personalized fitness in a safe, supportive, small-group setting.

Each participant receives a one-on-one physiotherapy screening prior to starting to ensure safety, address limitations, and customize exercises. Sessions are capped at 8 people to ensure individual attention while encouraging group camaraderie.

  • Yes — in fact, that’s one of the main benefits of this program. Before starting, each participant receives a one-on-one physiotherapy screening to ensure exercises are safe, effective, and adapted to your specific needs or limitations.

  • Groups are kept intentionally small — 4 to 8 people max — to ensure you receive personalized guidance during every session. It’s the perfect mix of individual attention and motivating group energy.

  • The initial physiotherapy assessment may be eligible for reimbursement through private insurance, depending on your plan. Receipts will be provided. The group sessions themselves are not typically covered but are designed to be affordable and high value.

  • The initial physiotherapy assessment must be paid in advance to confirm your spot. If you're deemed safe to participate, the full program fee will be due at the end of that assessment. This ensures the program is appropriate for you and allows us to tailor it safely to your needs.

  • No problem! Each session is offered live via Zoom for those who can’t attend in person and is also recorded and made available privately so you can catch up at your convenience. This flexibility means you can stay on track even if you're traveling or have a scheduling conflict.
